This Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the ‘Policy’) sets out how Professional Law Partnership ‘ETB Legal’ (hereinafter – the ‘Partnership’) handles your personal data when you visit our website at www.etblegal.lt (hereinafter – the ‘Website’) or use/intend to use any legal services provided by the Partnership, legal aid (hereinafter – ‘Services’).

The Partnership processes your personal data in accordance with the legal acts regulating the protection of personal data, including, but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) (hereinafter – ‘GDPR’), the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania.
