Competence
Eligijus has more than 10 years of experience representing one of the banks and its branches, which carry out their activity in Lithuania. He also is experienced in representing legal and natural person interests in various juridical disputes at General Lithuanian Courts.
Main fields of work: debt recovery, company and neutral person insolvency, queries regarding inheritance, disputes of shareholders, and other disputes in the field of civil law.
Eligijus currently works at Vilnius branch of ETB Legal.
Education
In 2021 passed the exams of insolvency administration.
In 2018 became an attorney-at-law and a member of the Lithuanian Bar Association.
In 2013 acquired Master’s degree in Law at Vilnius University.
In 2008 graduated from Vilnius University and acquired Bachelor’s degree in Social Work.
