Competence
Darius represents the interests of clients in courts of all instances of the Republic of Lithuania. He has many years of legal work experience in various areas of law. The Attorney-at-law Darius Sauliūnas mainly specializes in intellectual property law, media law, information technology law and European Union law.
Darius successfully shares his legal practice with students from various universities through scientific and pedagogical activities.
Darius currently works at Vilnius branch of ETB Legal.
Education
In 2007 defended PhD thesis in Law in the field of social sciences ‘Internet Domain Names and their Legal Protection’.
In 2004 Darius became a member of the Lithuanian Bar Association.
In 2000 acquired Master’s degree in Law at Vilnius University.
